It has been a good week exercising. Before I start, I read Flying Piglet's latest blog and I had no idea who was writing it until I read that the author was FP. I never knew you did so many different types of exercises. It is now Friday and I am proud to say I have exercised 4 out of 5 days this week--M, T, W, and F. Thursday was an off day. I still have got to assemble my recumbent bike and I will be motivated to do so I don't have to walk the basement stairs for 5 min as a warm-up. I have two cycles of strength training exercises although I do pretty much the same stretches each day I exercise. My exercises (usually I pick 6 or 7) are subject to revision and I actually spend time trying to decide new ones to add. I probably will go to Walmart this weekend to get some leg weights and therabands. At some point I'm going to check out a bigger piece of equipment which will allow me to do all the leg exercises I need to do at home. I have decided that I don't want much carpet in my exercise room--maybe just a 7 x 3 foot area for when I need to get on the floor. I'm going to take my large Persian rug back out to the garage. In general all is well with Ohio State still undefeated in basketball (#2 nationally) and a football victory over an SEC team in the Sugar Bowl (eat your heart out J.D.) Signing off. . . .
