Keeping that brain busy - the non-music way :)

Hi!  I'm about to go hiking in the wilderness but I really don't like being bored so I'm downloading podcasts to listen to as I move it.*

How to find podcasts? 
1. Download iTunes & visit the iTunes store. 
2. Type in a keyword in the upper right-hand search.  For example: Fitness   Filter the results to include only podcasts (Click "podcasts" in the left menu box.)  
3. At this point, you can "subscribe" to a podcast OR, and this is what I recommend: Click the title or icon of the podcast and you can listen before clicking the "free" download button.

*Podcasts are a well-kept secret.  A podcast is a pre-recorded audio show.  People from all over the place create free podcasts & some of them are real gems.  A good podcast is a friend indeed. Per fitness/weight-loss/healthy goals I've selected the "Fat 2 Fit"podcast.  Have a listen & keep that brain in shape.  :)
