None of you have posted in a while and Im here to make sure you didnt fall of our this'll waite fitness bandwaggon. Dad.. whats up? How are you doing with your exercises? You used to be king of blogging and now we hardly hear a peep from you! Mooch- youre in jail, so i understand why you dont write so much. KateThwaite- hows the running/yogaing/pilatesing going??
I need updates people! Its hardly even February so there is no excuse for falling off yet! Keep your eyes on the prize, and BLOG!
I grazed a little on forbidden food at the superbowl party, but besides that I am on track! Except last week the scale said I gained 2 lbs, but that is impossible because I have been counting everything I eat and working out everyday.. which means Im gaining more muscle! My clothes are fitting better and people are asking me for my 'secret'. Little do they know I dont have one haha.

I know our exercise blog was stuck on #36 for the longest time until today when it said #37. Well it was Superbowl weekend as well as a game between Minnesota and OSU. I was in front of the TV for both although not necessarily in real time. On the exercise front I did go to Walmart Sunday and buy some therabands and strap-on leg weights. The leg weights are for hamstrings. I promise to get more blogs into the pipeline soon.

ReplyDeleteMy last exercise was Friday night at the community center. I ran for 30 minutes between 4.5 - 6.8 and then did a few arm strengthening things.
Yesterday & today I am sick with a sore throat & so no exercising...I don't wanna! Tomorrow is a new day though. :)
Thanks for articulating your desire to see us blogg. I got us jumpstarted but you are like "start jumping people!!" As in, "Get yourselves moving & blogging!"
