GREAT news

So this will be a short post.. but I got weighed and measured today after my workout. I was sweating bullets (and not from the workout!)

The polls are in and the results have been tallied (drum roll)

I've lost over 7 inches all over my body! 2 on my waste alone! The rest was on my arms, butt and legs. Also, I've lost 8 lbs and the 7th had been one month. This is the best reward I could ask for. I've been working so hard, so its nice to see tangible results.

Thought i'd share with my thistlethwaite family support group :) I celebrated with American Idol and a small glass of red wine and a hersheys kiss. Oh the small pleasures in life...

    I read this great news at 2:30 AM and I had to let you know that you are a shining beacon on a hill. Congrats. Take notes because maybe you can sell a book in the weight loss market.
