WHAT'S UP? NO NEW BLOGS?

I can't believe I posted the last fitness blog 4 days ago. Where are all you people? Probably very busy working in prisons, job interviewing, or mixing in with marketing people. I had a busy Friday and Saturday seeing patients which was good for a change. I just finished a 30 minute custom designed aerobics bike ride. Each time I consume more calories than the previous time--this time 203. I rolled the bike out in front of the TV and pedalled to the Seattle Seahawks and Chicago Bears and watched Chicago build up a 14 point lead under frigid, snowy conditions. I heard Seattle spent $4,000 on cold weather gear just for this game for their players. I followed my bike workout with stretching and strength training. The last time I was in Costco I acquired two books--one on stretching (Stretching Anatomy-by Nelson and Kokkonen) and weight training (The men's Health Big Book of Exercises). Keep your blogs comin'.
