Delicious recipe I developed in my lab (kitchen) that is PERFECT for post workouts..
1 cup milk
2 scoops chocolate powder
2 spooonfuls of yogurt
1-2 tsp flax seed
blend in blender.... until frothy... i blend for 4-5 minutes usually.

No harm in a little self care when you are feeling sniffly. Sitting in a zebra snuggie to watch the BCS game is a perfectly acceptable evening.
