Interval Action

Based on Matt and Chelsea's recommendations, I took my treadmill work out up a notch and did some intervals. I alternated speeds 6, 7, and 8 for 2.5 mins each, over 30 mins. It was much hard than my usual 30 at speed 6.5-7.1. It also helped the time go by. I recommend mixing it up.

Tomorrow I will take advantage of the La Quinta nautilus machine and pump some iron. I love to exercise to Glee.

Go Oregon Ducks!!! Down with the SEC!

Off to eat veggies...Gotta get my 4.5 cups per day. I am into carrots and snap peas. Especially with hummus. Mmmmmm....

  2. Yes and that's why I wanted the ducks to win...OSU beat them in the rose bowl last year. And any self respecting big 10 fan will always route against the SEC
