Ahoy from snowy Pueblo! We got a late afternoon blast that coated the prison walkway, making for a slippery walk out.
I was able to hit the treadmill two of my 3 nights here in Pueblo - par for the course. Now that idol is back on, time flies on the treadmill! Love it!
I've also been trying to eat healthier despite having no kitchen (just a microwave and mini-fridge). The spinach, feta cheese, and sundried tomatoes with a spritz of low cal dressing. I still have a weak spot for hummus and pita chips.
BTW, where are you bloggers? I'm getting ragged on for not publishing enough prison blogs, but I think you all are on blogging vacation! I'll be in Seattle this weekend visiting my old peeps. Catch u next week!
Spinach, feta cheese & sun-dried tomatoes...yummmm *add some almonds or walnuts chica! Gotta have your protein to rebuild your mooscles...
ReplyDeleteBlogging vay-cay is over. So long slothful self! ;)

ReplyDeleteEveryone seems to be exercising to "Idol". I guess I'm going to have to put that on my DVR list and try watching while using the bike. It might be better than Dancing with the Stars. It could be better than non-descript radio music. Chels,I've been using my created custom program for 30 minutes but I can tweak it by making the hill a little higher or the valley a little lower. Every time my consumption of calories has gone up from the previous run. My latest effort went from 203 to 228 calories, still quite modest compared to you, but hey--I'm almost 40 years older than you. By the way your Uncle David will reach the 50 year milestone next month.
